Yes! I see clients in person in Brevard County Florida.

I charge $150 for hour-long talk therapy appointments. Hypnotherapy appointments are “intensive style” and are $200 for 90 minutes.

During our first appointment, I will ask some questions to gather more information about different areas of your life. However, I really want the first session to provide the space for you to talk about what is bringing you in, and we will talk about a plan for how we want to work together.

This varies person to person, but people typically report feeling some relief after the first few sessions just by having a space to safely talk about their experiences. To really start seeing lasting change, I recommend committing to weekly therapy for the first 3 months. Clients who make this commitment tend to experience the quickest change.
